The Status of an entry determines whether an entry may be edited, who may edit the entry, and if that entry has been recorded, finalized and billed. The following describes the different Status options.

Entry has been submitted and there is an approver in place. The Approver CAN edit the entry. |

Entry was rejected by the Approver and sent back for corrections. |

Recorded |
No - Unless entry is Recalled. |
Entry has been submitted to Juris and is ready to post for billing. Entry can be recalled into MyJuris for further edits or changes. If entry is recalled, the status will become Draft. |

Entry has been posted in Juris. Entry cannot be recalled if it is posted. |
|
On Prebill |
No |
Entry is on a prebill in Juris. Entry cannot be recalled. |
|
Billed |
No |
Entry has been billed to a client. Entry cannot be recalled. |
Note: Another status that may be seen is Pending Recording. This status should not occur on a regular basis. If you see this status you should contact Juris Support for further troubleshooting as something happened during the submit process.
