The Creator of an entry is the user who originally entered the entry into the system. The Timekeeper is the person who is credited for the hours worked on the entry.
Often the Creator and the Timekeeper will be the same person, but in cases where an attorney has their assistant enter time for them, the assistant would be the Creator and the attorney would be the Timekeeper.
