The Owner of an entry is the person who is responsible for the entry. Ownership of an entry changes as the status of the entry changes when Approvers are assigned for a Timekeeper.
For example, if Ernie Attorney is the assigned approver for Paul Paralegal, Alex Assistant and Lucy Lawyer, then when Paul, Alex and Lucy create an entry, they are the owner of that entry until it is submitted, then the owner becomes Ernie.
