Keep in mind that the Billed Time views show the hours that have been actually billed. Hours submitted for billing that have not yet been selected and posted on an invoice are not yet technically ‘billed’ hours. You may have submitted those hours to the accounting department for billing, but until the hours are on a posted bill, those hours are Work in Process. You can include a WIP view to your desktop to see how many of your hours are in WIP.
