When disconnected from the network, all views reflect values stored in the cache. The cache is a portion the local hard drive used to store Juris data locally for offline use.
The cache is designed to store only limited information in order to allow the user to access codes such as Client and Matter codes or Task and Activity codes when off-line to facilitate the entry of time entries and expense entries.
The cache is not designed to store a replica of the entire Juris database to allow full-fledged reporting. That would take up a tremendous amount of space on the local machine, not to mention the time it would take to copy so much data locally. You might notice that some views show that data is not available, or the numbers shown are less than the numbers shown when connected. This is by design.
Once you re-connect to your network, your views will be restored.
