Use Heat Maps to see if your firm is achieving target levels of performance
Adding a Heat Map to Your View
- In MyJuris, select Summary in the Views panel.
- Click the Views button at the top right side of the screen and click My Heat Maps.
- Select the type of heat map that you prefer. You may choose to view your productivity by Hours Worked, Hours to Bill, Billable Rate, Effective Rate, Amount Worked or Amount to Bill. Clicking your selection will add the heat map to your screen.
- If a heat map is already on your screen, but you would prefer to see a different type of heat map, then click the drop-down arrow in the header bar of the heat map and select the desired heat map from the drop-down menu. You can change the view directly on the Heat Map itself, but note that doing this will NOT retain the change. Changing the type on the heat map itself is a quick way to see the view presented differently. If you want to permanently see that heat map, add it using the steps above.
