Create a filter for Today, Last Week or Last Month, then add a Count subtotal to find the number of items:
- Go to Time Entries (or Expense Entries) by clicking the appropriate button in the bottom left of the screen or by selecting View > My Time or View > My Expenses.
- Right Click in the All Filters panel and select New Filter.
- Enter a Name for the Filter such as Entries from Today.
- In the Query Builder, create one or all of the following queries:
- IF EntryDate = {Today} or
- IF EntryDate = {LastWeek} or

IF EntryDate = {LastMonth}.
NOTE: Expressions available (such as {Today}) are listed in the drop-down menu in the query builder.
- Save.
- The list will be filtered to show only items for the selected Timekeeper.
- Use the Filter again and again by clicking the filter name in the All Filters panel.
