At times, after an update or upgrade, not all of the Juris Suite Snap Ins display properly. The Rebuild Snap In File button helps correct the display problem.
Remember that Snap Ins are dependent on the type of license you have. Be certain you are licensed to view all Snap Ins.
To rebuild the Snap In File, perform the following:
- Ensure your are licensed to view Snap Ins.
- If the Snap Ins do not display, log out of Juris Suite.
- Open Juris Suite. Do not login in.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Click the Rebuild Snap In button.
- Click the Yes button to delete the older Snap In File and create the new one.
- Log in to Juris Suite. If the Snap Ins still not display properly, contact Juris Support.
