You may want to utilize the Import Payroll function to import a payroll template. Payroll budget analysis can be used for profitability studies.
After an Payroll is imported, you can use the Payroll Master List report in the My Reports module of Juris Suite.
To import a payroll:
- While in the Budgeting function of Juris Suite, click the Payroll tab.
- Click the Import Payroll button.
- Enter or select Payroll Period End Date.
- Enter Payroll Year. The year defaults the current budget year.
- Place a check next to the Show Employee Mappings if you want to reveal the match up of employee names. The is maybe necessary if the names are different.
- Click the OK button.
- Navigate and select the appropriate Payroll file. If you are unsure about the data and the type of file, review the XLS Templates section.

If you checked Show Employee Mappings, you have a chance to drag and drop the different name to the appropriate name in the system. The name is added to the Payroll Employee Column.
- Click the OK button when complete.
