You can change the views in the summary section of My Reports. This function allows you to toggle the display based on the selection parameters. To change the view of the My Reports page, perform the following:
Navigate to the View section within the My Reports function on the toolbar. By default, the view is set to Simple.

Within each of the views you can search for the appropriate report using the Look for entry field. You can also narrowing the reports by using the alphabetic index on the right side of the report widow.
