Before you can adjust settings for Approvers and Delegated Approvers, you must have permissions setup to do so. To set up permissions for Approver and Delegated Approver, perform the following:

Select Juris>Admin>User Permissions
- Select the appropriate user and expand the user profile settings by clicking on the adjacent plus sign.
- Select My Time or My Expenses under the user profile. For this example, My Expenses is used.

Scroll down to the Settings section. You may need to expand the feature by clicking on the adjacent plus sign.

Click in the right hand column and select the appropriate setting from the following:
- Not Set - Marks the user with no ability to set an Approver and Delegated Approver.
- Grant - Allows the user to set an Approver and Delegated Approver.

When you have completed click the Close button to complete the changes.
To make the changes on My Time, select the My Time feature and scroll to the Settings Section.
