When publishing a Dashboard, you can assign permissions for viewing the Dashboard via the Assign Teams function. Teams are set up in the Juris Suite Admin section. Teams include specific users of Juris Suite within your firm. They are useful for designating recipients for reports, alerts and dashboards. Assigned Teams can view the In Progress Dashboards if they have access to the BI Designer and to those published to the web site. To Assign Teams for viewing a Dashboard, perform the following:
- Select the appropriate Dashboard to assign teams. This can be done with Dashboards in the Published and In Progress section. You must have permission to change the teams. Selecting a Dashboard page does not enable the Assign Teams function.
- Click the Assign Teams button on the Dashboard tool ribbon.
- Move the appropriate teams by selecting and using the blue arrows to the Selected Teams grid.
- Click the Save button when complete.
