Developing and utilizing metrics are key in maximizing the potential of Business Intelligence. Metrics are defined criteria returning a single value used to measure performance. They may take the form of calculations or of simple data representations. Metrics may be an individual component of a dashboard or part of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and can be used in conjunction with other metrics.
You can run SQL queries within Juris to create and modify metrics. Metrics not already loaded into the metrics library can be downloaded from the Juris Suite Marketplace Reports and Dashboards page on the Juris Customer Support site.
