Utilizing the extended functions on the Dashboard tool ribbon can be helpful.
- Copying allows you to make a duplicate of a Dashboard
- Editing a Dashboard allows you to make changes to an existing Dashboard.
- Deleting a Dashboard removes it from use.
Copying a Dashboard
Copying a Dashboard is useful when creating new Dashboards that are similar to existing Dashboards. This allows you to make an exact duplicate and make changes to the duplicate without losing the original.
To Copy a Dashboard, perform the following:
- Select the appropriate Dashboard.
- Click the Copy button on the Dashboard tool ribbon, or right-click on the Dashboard and select Copy from the menu.
- The Dashboard copy is placed the In Progress node.
- Rename the copy to an appropriate title.
Editing a Dashboard
When you Edit a Dashboard in the Published node, it is temporarily placed in the In Progress node. After edits have been made it must be published. The current version (unedited) remains until it is replaced. To edit and existing dashboard, perform the following:
- In the Dashboard viewer, select the appropriate Dashboard to be edited within the Published node.
- Click the Edit button on the Dashboard tool ribbon, or right-click on the selected Dashboard and select Edit Dashboard.
- The Dashboard appears in the In Progress section. Make the appropriate edits.

Deleting a Dashboard
You must have Administrator Privileges in Juris Suite to have access to this function.
At times you may want to remove a Dashboard. To delete a Dashboard, select the Dashboard and click the Delete button on the Dashboard tool ribbon, or right-click on the selected Dashboard and select Delete Dashboard. Click the Yes button on the Delete Dashboard window.
