The Collections feature helps your firm focus and streamline its efforts to collect past due receivables. Your firm's collection managers can analyze collections by client or by matter, view a history of communications regarding receivables, and generate new communications.
When you select the Collections tab in the navigation bar, three tabs appear along the top of the window:
- Analysis - search for Clients or Matters, view Collections information for them, and generate pending communication for selected Clients and Matters.
- Communication - view, print, or email pending and historical communications.
- Setup - define age ranges and lookup lists, and select letter templates to use for communications.
The options on the navigation bar provide quick access to Analysis By Client, Analysis By Matter, and Communication.
