The rows selected for calculating the following amounts are based on the Individual or Team selected on the Filer panel.
- Hours Worked = Total of the Hours Worked field for selected rows.
- Hours to Bill = Total of the Hours To Bill field for selected rows.
- Billable = Total Hours To Bill that are marked as Billable (billable flag is selected).
- Nonbillable = Total Hours To Bill that are marked as nonbillable (billable flag is not selected).
- Avg. Billable Rate= Amount to Bill divided by Hours To Bill.
- EffectiveRate= Amount to Bill divided by Hours Worked.
- Amount Worked= Actual Rate multiplied by the Hours Worked (includes nonbillable)
- AmounttoBill= Actual Rate on entry multiplied by Billable/Hours to Bill hours.
If your numbers do not match the above, it could be that you have logged into several databases or as several users and your cache is inaccurate. Rebuild the Cache to correct the inaccuracies.
My Calendar displays summary values for each day. Each value that is changed is reflected immediately in the Display Pane. The values shown are determined by the user by selecting options from the following tool ribbons:

View - Allows you to toggle between timekeeper: An employee or owner of a firm that works billable or non billable hours for that firm. Creator: The Creator is the person who originates or creates a time or expense entry in the system..

Show Summary Definitions
- Hours Worked = Total of the Hours Worked field for selected rows.

- Hours Variance = Billable amount divided by Hours to Bill amount.
- Amount = Total of the Amount field for selected rows based on Hours to Bill multiplied by the Rate.
- Count = Total count of entries (or rows) included in the above calculations.
Changing the Date Range
To change the date range for the My Calendar function, perform the following:
- Select the calendar control date in the My Calendar control on the left side of the module pane.
- Use the black arrows to navigate to the appropriate month and year.
- Click on the appropriate date (day).

The results will be reflected in the display pane.
Clicking on the Today button in the File tool ribbon will display a date range that includes the current day. It will also highlight the current day with a color change.
Clicking the Refresh button will update any changes being made to the database and display them on the calendar view.
Viewing Time and Expenses from My Calendar
Using the My Calendar function can also provide you with quick access to Time and Expense entries. Each day where entries exist, you can click on the associated Time or Expense icon to view the details of the entry. To view the My Calendar entries, perform the following:
- Select the My Calendar function in the My SummarySnapin.
- Select the date range .
- Each of the days represented in the calendar have available the ability to view the Time and Expenses. Hovering over the upper left area of a calendar day reveals the Time and Expense icons.
- Click the appropriate icon to reveal the information associated.
You can use the editors to make any changes needed.
