You must have Administrator Privileges in Juris Suite to have access to this function. Permissions are by default, at "not set".
The Group Permissions allows you to adjust permissions for various settings of Juris Suite. The permissions correlate to the Define Groups function in Juris Suite. After you have created groups in Juris Suite, you can now use the Group Permissions to assign access to the functions within Juris Suite. Listed below are the permissions that can be adjusted.
Each setting functions the same in making adjustments. To change permissions, perform the following:
- Select the Group Permissions from the Juris menu item.
- Select the Group you wish to adjust. The display pane will show you the features you can adjust.
- Using the down arrow next to the feature, make your appropriate selection. Do this for each permission and each feature you want to adjust.
- Click the Close button when you are done.
