At times you may have the need to print the Expense, Time, or Print a Report. Printing an Expense is used in this example. To Print an Expense entry, perform the following:

Click the Print button on the Expense tool ribbon. Use the small black arrow to provide more choices. You can Print, selected entries from the grid view; Print the Grid, and also Print a Report.

Selecting any of the Print functions will display a Print Preview window. The item(s) to be print will be display in the preview area. You can utilize several other options in the Print Preview window, by utilizing the menu items and tool bar items.
You can use the toolbar to make changes to the print properties or to email the layout. Use the red x icon to close the preview window.
- Complete the printing process by selecting the appropriate function. Extensive features include:
- Searching the report.
- Saving the Report.
- Printing the Report to a Printer.
- Add a watermark or change the background color using the Background function.
- Export the report to the following formats: PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, Excel, CSV, Text, Image.
- Email the report to recipients in the following formats: PDF, MHT, RTF, Excel, CSV, Text, Image.
