Save Layout

Once you have the desired controls on the layout canvas, you will want to save the layout. To save the layout perform the following:

1. Click the Save Layout button on the File Tool Ribbon. There are actually two save options accessed by clicking on the down arrow on the button:
   • Save Layout As - Saves the layout within
   • Save to File - Allows you to save the layout as a .pdf, html or rtf file.
2. Enter the appropriate name for the file or the layout.
3. Click the Save Layout button.
   
   

The new layout selection is listed under the My Views snap in.
