When creating an Alert you will need to connect operators based on workflow. Click and hold from one operator to the next. The connector arrow will appear.
It is best practice arrange the operators in an order that makes it easier to connect.
A different type of connector is used a Decision operator. When connecting a Decision operator to another operator, you are prompted to select whether is the Yes decision, or the No decision. Click the appropriate button. You will need to create two connectors when using the Decision operator.
If you move an operator after it has been connected with another operator, the connectors will follow.
If you have made a mistake on a connector, click to select it and click the Delete key on the keyboard. DO NOT USE the Delete key on the Edit tool ribbon, which will remove the entire Alert.
