The AND operator is used to find instances when two or more words are all present within the same file record. When AND is used the system pulls matches only when every word is found, but order is unimportant. For example the search for:
John and Anderson
Would return the results:
John Anderson
Anderson, John
John T. Anderson
Anderson, Flanders & John, LLP.
