The Conflict Inquiry feature will help the law firm ensure that it is always conducting its business in a legal and ethical manner with respect to conflicts of interest. A Conflict Inquiry can identify persons currently in your system that may pose a potential conflict of interest. Juris Suite will even be able to return a potential Conflict notification on items you search if someone else in your firm has recently performed a Conflict Inquiry using criteria that match your search criteria, even if there is no match for those items in the database.
Searches may be performed on words, phrases and even previous conflict searches; and basic English Boolean operators may be used to increase the precision of the search and reduce irrelevant matches.
Searches and common patterns can be saved as well. You have the option to automatically retain previous searches for a certain number of days as well as permanently saving the search and results.
