Exporting a Time Entry with Grid View

Time may be exported from the Grid view to be opened in Microsoft® Excel®. Properly formatted files can also be imported into Juris Suite from the Grid view. For this example, a time entry will be used.

To export and expense, perform the following steps:

  1. Utilize the filters to limit the items shown on your grid view to show only the entries that you want to export.

    Any groupings and summaries added to the Grid view will be included in the export file.

  2. Click Export. Make sure to name the file appropriately and select the desired directory.

  3. Click Save. The file will be saved in XLS format and can be opened and modified in Microsoft Excel.
