You can change the font size in the Time and Expense narrative of the Editor and Entry form. This function is not available in the Grid.
The default font size is 'Medium', which is 10 pt.
To change the font size, perform the following:
- Click the Modify Text Size button above the Narrative box in the Notes area of the form.

Select the font size you want to use. Your font is now set to the new size.
Your selected font size applies to all existing Time/Expense narratives in the database as well as to the narrative you are currently entering. Your font size selection is remembered when you close and re-open the program. If your state retention folder is deleted, the font size will revert to the default value of Medium the next time you log in.
